Booking Sunset Dream villa

To make a reservation for Sunset dream villa Please carefully read through our terms and conditions.

Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete our on line booking form

The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be 25 years or over. Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young people under 25 years of age.

Booking confirmation can only be Confirmed on receipt of our completed booking form along with your Deposit or your full payment if your villa booking is less the 10 weeks before your arrival date

Deposit and Payment

You will be required to pay $300 / UK £200 per week deposit to secure your requested dates.

The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to your vacation.

Payment method

1. Payment by a USA $ (check) can be posted direct to our U.S.A. Bank account or to Our Florida Management company.This may be convenient for you.
2. International USA $ Payment by a Bank wire transfer to our US Bank. There is an additional US $25 administration charge for this option. 3. UK £ payments by cheque can be deposited directly to our UK Bank or a cheque can be posted to our UK address

4. Payments for your villa rental can be paid via Visa / Master Card Credit card from any country in US $ Dollars With NO surcharges additional to your card

Once you have filled in your booking form and indicated that you wish to pay via credit card you will be e-mailed instructions on how to pay via our secure online credit card payment.

Security bond check /Cheque
A security bond of a $300 check / £250 cheque is required and is payable at the time of your final payment a USA $ cheque can posted direct to our U.S.A. Bank account or our Florida manager. Payment by a UK £ cheque can posted direct to my UK address or into our UK Bank. ( US $ Security Bond paid via Visa Master credit card a 3% administration charge will be added The security bond will be returned to the Guest in the currency it was paid in subject to our terms and conditions 28 days after departure
