We aim to make payment for Sunset dream villa as easy as possible Booking Sunset Dream villaTo make a reservation for Sunset dream villa Please carefully read through our terms and conditions.Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete our on line booking form The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be 25 years or over. Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young people under 25 years of age. Booking Form Can be found on page ON LINE BOOKING FORM Booking confirmation can only be Confirmed on receipt of our completed booking form along with your Deposit or your full payment if your villa booking is less the 10 weeks before your arrival date Deposit and Payment Y ou will be required to pay $300 / UK £200 per week deposit to secure your requested dates.The balance is paid in the same currency as your booking deposit 10 weeks prior to your vacation.

Once you have filled in your booking form and indicated that you wish to pay via credit card you will be e-mailed instructions on how to pay via our secure online credit card payment.
Security bond check /Cheque A USA $ cheque can posted direct to our U.S.A. Bank account or our Florida manager.Payment by a UK £ cheque can posted direct to my UK address or into our UK Bank. The security bond will be returned to the Guest in the currency it was paid in subject to our terms and conditions 28 days after departure
