To make a reservation for Sunset dream villa Please carefully read through our terms and conditions.

Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete a booking form

The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be 25 years or over. Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young people under 25 years of age.

Booking confirmation can only be Confirmed on receipt of our completed booking form along with your Deposit or your full payment if your villa booking is less the 10 weeks before your arrival date

Deposit and Payment

You will be required to pay $300 / UK £200 per week deposit to secure your requested dates.

The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to your vacation.

Security bond check /Cheque

A security bond check /Cheque of $300 / £200 is payable with your balance and refundable 28 days after your stay . Payment by a USA $ cheque can posted direct to my U.S.A. Bank account or our Florida manager (No charge is Made for this service ) Payment by a UK £cheque can posted direct to my UK address or into our UK Bank (No charge is Made for this service )

Booking confirmation can only be Confirmed on receipt of our completed singed booking form along with your deposit.

Full payment must be received 10 weeks or more prior to departure date.

Failure to make payment within the specified period will entitle us to cancel the booking

and claim the appropriate cancellation charge

3/ US $ Payment by a Bank wire transfer to our US Bank an ( No Charge is made for a domestic wire transfer

Wire Transfer International US $25 administration charge is made for this service.

4/ US $ Payment using a credit card

All Credit card Payments are in US$ via VISA or Master Card with a 4% administration charge

When paying for your vacation home in UK £s

1/ You can send your UK £ cheque to our UK address (No Charge is made for this service

2/ Or your can do a Bank UK £ transfer to our UK Bank.(No Charge is made for this service

3/ Payment by a UK £ cheque can posted direct to my UK. Bank account (No charge is Made for this service )

UK Guests :payment using a credit card is charged at our US $s rate
