Hi Marion ,
we returned home yesterday after a week spent at Sunset Dream villa. Thank you so much we had a lovely relaxing holiday. we left feedback in your little comments book but I wanted to thank you personally . You had thought of absolutely everything , we wanted for nothing. It was a real home from home.
We made good use of the pool and sun beds , loved the late afternoon sunshine especially. We went to Engelwood beach a couple of times , taking chairs and sun brolly.(dolphins in the water whilst we were swimming too!).We found our way around quite easily, with your directions and sampled the Egg and I , excellent. . We even went to Bealls and purchased a "Paradise" wall plaque for our garden.

We went to Port Charlotte too , nearest Outback , a favourite of ours.

We have very happy memories of your beautiful villa and will most certainly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful alternative to hectic Orlando.

Hello Marion, just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you very much for providing the villa for our 2 week holiday in Florida. My family I enjoyed the villa and the facilities that you have provided very much - for my 2 kids the attractions of the villa provided too much of a temptation as we had problems extracting them from it !!

We had a really good holiday with the beaches, wildlife, golf and restaurants and although the temperature was up in the 90's all the time we were fortunate with the rain,

Hopefully we can do it again in the not too distant future.

Thank you for renting out your house to us, we had a wonderful time. The pool was fantastic and the games room a special surplus.
I have rented houses throughout Europe, but have never come across a such well equiped house. It really supplied everything.

your house is so well equipped we had more than what we needed for a comfortable stay.

The kids were thrilled with their personal TV’s and the play room with the Play station.

For us it was most enjoyable to have a Lounge and a separate large family room with a TV for the adults. DVD Movie selection was fantastic

Thanks for supplying all the Beach equipment and pool towels , it was so nice to find some laundry detergent tea coffee sugar salt pepper etc. Other rentals, we have had to supply all of that ourselves.

We will recommend your villa to others for future visits.

This is the end of our first week stay at your beautiful Villa and we have already decided we are going to return again next year.

I have never rented a villa before that has been so well equipped with everything we could possibly want.

We have all been down to the beach armed with beach chairs parasol cool box / picnic basket, buckets and spades for the children Boogie boards, and the fossilised shark teeth find, We wondered what it was for but soon found out when when we saw people using them down on the beach

We do so much appreciate you providing all these extras it is making our holiday so stress free not have to go out a buy all these things.

We would both like to thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa in Rotonda. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the villa immensely.

We loved the pool and the hot tub was also just GREAT.

You have put in so much thought and work with the decoration and furnishings which make this villa so special.

We would also like to thank you for all the extras you provide, eg the pool heating, phone calls , laptop, beach equipment , etc etc t

they were very much appreciated.

Unfortunately we did not use the excellent bikes or the golf clubs as we just totally relaxed

and enjoyed watching the golfers pass by and let them do all the hard work . We did use your sharks teeth basket and got hooked looking for sharks teeth ,

I was very lucky and managed to find one which is an 1in across by just over 1in long it is now my prized procession ,

we also found around 100 small to medium sized ones , it was great.

Once again thank you for your fantastic villa and we will look to book again in the future and also highly reccommend it to all.

We had a lovely stay at your villa! It was like paradise. It was our home for a week and thanks to you and

your managament we had our dream vacation! The Pool was superb and the kids loved the gameroom.

You had so many tourist-information about the beaches. We loved it!

The towels were al folded like in the hotels and there were nice soaps in the bathrooms. Some light was on

so when we arrived that was very pleasant.
Kids loved the bodyboards and they watched the dvd box form Malcolm in the middle which is there

faborite here in Holland!!!! They were shouting it out when they found it! They loved the sittinbags also!

Airco and poolheat: temp. all set like we would have done it our selves. Little Jasmijn loved the nice warm

poolwater! We would recommand your villa to everyone! I had a lot readers on my weblog form the Florida

Forum. I'sm sure you will get new guests out of that in the future!

We are home, back in the snow. We had a fabulous time in your home. It is just beautiful and there is plenty to do in the area. The highlite of the trip was kayaking with grande tours kayak eco tour. Our guide was amazing and the weather was perfect. We golfed and spent many days on the beach and appreciated you mentioning the dolphins at the fishing bridge. We saw one within 30 seconds of arriving at the bridge. Had a hard time leaving yesterday, it was sunny and warm and we knew we were coming home to snow. Thank you for renting the house to us, everything went well. We were very impressed with how well equipped your house was. We have rented homes where there weren't anywhere near enough utensils, plates, pots etc. We like to cook so we appreciated having everything we needed.

Everything was perfect and we had such a great time.

We were on the go alot and I think we could have easily stayed

for a month and still not seen all that we wanted to see.

Having the chairs and stuff to take to the beach was such a big help.

I really enjoyed the quietness of the area, and enjoyed my morning coffee

overlooking the golf course.

You should find eveything is in order---we had no problems with anything

So thank you again for the opportunity to stay in your vacation home .

Good afternoon

We returned from Florida this morning. We loved the Villa, super position and great facilities. We played golf 11 times in 2 weeks, used the pool every day and the hot tub and bikes occasionally.

We had slight rain one morning but weather was generally hot and sunny.

We had very few problems, a handle came off one of the mugs so we bought you 2 more.

Met Brenda and Rocco, very nice and wanting to help with any problem we might have had. Attached pictures for you. shows Margaret hitting a good shot with your villa in background.

Overall it was a lovely 2 week break

Just a quick email to thank you for the hire of your lovely villa in Rotunda, Englewood.

My family had a great time it was difficult getting the grand sons to leave and all they talk about now is when we can go again.

Me and Barbara have stayed at a few villas in the Englewood area over the past few years but I must say yours has the edge with regard to all the little extras that you provide as part of the deal and its peaceful location.

Englewood is one our favourite areas of Florida and hopefully we will be able to do business again in the near future.

Hi we are home we had a great time, the villa is lovely, home from home,

we loved the beach at Bocca Grand it felt so peaceful

have to say in took a while to get used to the circle but we managed it,

did have a drive to the other beaches.

Our vacation was the best ever. Your home is beautiful. Our goal was to have
fun with our son Matthew and at the same time relax, relax and relax.

We had a nice relaxing week after our busy week in Orlando the previous week.

The kids love the orange and grapefruit trees and enjoyed making fresh orange juice

Your home is very well equipped compared to some others we have rented. It was very nice. The games room was well used and also the bikes.

We loved your furnishings and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The pool guy showed up mid week and cleaned the pool. Hot tub was fabulous especially on those cold nights. We didn't see any gators around the pond but we did see dolphins while crossing the bridge to Gasparilla Island. What a wonderful island. Thank you again for allowing us to rent your home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again and God bless.

We went for a bike ride round the conservation park

even tried our had at fishing

Played pool quit a few times having AC in the games room is a very good idea.

We loved looking for shark teeth at the beach, seeing the Dolphins while out in a boat

and when we were at the villa, the kids were always in the pool

We use the BBQ quit a lot and we use all the gas thanks we did find the new full gas bottle you left for us.

Thank you for offering your home as a rental.

Just thought I would let you know how our holiday
went The house was lovely, one of the best we have
stayed in.We liked all the rooms and it had a homely
feel about it.The pool temperature was perfect and we
enjoyed the hot tub.Everything went well except we had
to buy a map from the supermarket because we kept
getting lost,we left it in the house for others.
It was entertainment itself watching the golfers, we
saw some funny sites.The alligator was there
everyday,Chris also saw the big one but it went into
the lake by the time I got outside.The birds were
stunning, it is the best area we have stayed in. So
relaxing, we didnt want to leave it to go on the cruise
although we enjoyed that too.
.The bath plug was not working but Chris fixed it .
It was a really memorable holiday for people who just
want to relax, I will remember it always.Thanks for
renting it to us.

It was all very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The only one thing I could possibly say was our visit to Florida was not long enough.

Kate and the kids cycled to the park and I followed in the car with the cool box that you kindly provided,

We had a cook out BBQ at the park after playing a game of tennis.

We then returned to the villa and the kids had fun and games in the pool, Kate and myself relaxed in the HOT TUB.
